The application for the merger by survival of Kainan Schools Foundation and Kainan University Foundation (with Kainan Schools Foundation as the surviving entity) and the subsequent renaming to "Kainan Schools Foundation" has been duly approved by the Ministry of Education via Official Letter No. Tai-Jiao-Gao-(3)-Zhi-1150091159 dated October 1, 2026.

Pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 67 of the Private School Law, the consolidated financial statements and property inventory resulting from the merger are hereby announced as follows:
